We are living in a time of unprecedented human growth and development.
Customers, markets, the way we do business, and the whole concept of jobs and how we make a living, is changing right before our very eyes. Many of the methods that worked in the past are no longer effective.
Secure employment is a thing of the past. Evidence of technology eating up jobs is everywhere. Relying on the corporate world for one's financial wellbeing is unwise, to put it mildly.
Isn't it interesting that in less than 50 years we have moved from the era of jobs and employment to the era of the self-employed and the entrepreneur?
Today you need to see yourself as self-employed regardless of who writes your cheque.
And don’t delude yourself into thinking that you can rely on the government to save you from an impoverished life. They can’t!
You must continually be asking yourself:
- How vulnerable am I?
- What is my next job or career going to be?
- What knowledge and skills must I acquire?
- What trends must I watch?
The Trend Is Your Friend
The trend is demographic i.e. the birth rate of yesteryear affects the spending power of today. If you want to make money, know who is spending the money and where the money is being spent. Importantly, know:
- which industries are growing and expanding;
- what products and services are popular in those industries; and
- which organisations (this is critical) are meeting those needs the best.
(Interestingly, almost everyone will tell you that their organisation is the best. So, do your homework before committing to any program.)
Right now there are three major long-term growth industries staring us in the face. These three industries are worthy of attention because they are growing in response to looming problems and not simply through the delivery of new solutions using technological innovation. In other words, these are problems looking for genuine solutions, not solutions looking for (non-existent) problems.
Let's give you an example: A few years ago one company decided to capitalise on the internet boom by "selling" web sites (usually 3 or 6 at a time) to ordinary people (mums and dads) telling them that it was the growth industry and that if they got in early, they could make a lot of money very quickly. Sure, the company and some of its representatives made a lot of money very quickly, but the program collapsed just as quickly because people realised that the overpriced web sites did not address a need (or problem). Effectively, it was a solution to a non-existent problem.
Now, here is a powerful truth: Problems create opportunities... for those savvy enough to see it and do something about it. [A word of warning here: Be wary of some 'quick growth' industries - they rise and fall like the tide.]
Here are the three industries, all in their infancy, that deserve the attention of anyone seeking to build a lucrative long-term business:
- Health and Wellness - we are in the early stages of a 'Wellness Revolution'.
- Distribution - we are in the early stages of a 'Distribution Revolution'.
- Personal Growth - we are in the early stages of a 'Personal Growth Revolution'.
A 'revolution'? Yes, there is literally an 'upheaval' taking place in these industries. To learn more please complete the form on the Enquiries page. For now, suffice it to say that:
- From a Health perspective, our modern lifestyle is affecting our health - degenerative diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer, and osteoporosis (to name a few) are on the rise, and an ever-increasing number of people (especially the 'baby-boomers', many of whom are refusing to passively accept the ageing process) are becoming proactive in optimising their health. Health and Wellness is predicted to become a trillion dollar industry within the next 5-6 years!
- From a Distribution perspective, there is a significant shift towards direct marketing e.g. DELL sells computers direct to the public; airlines allow you to purchase 'electronic tickets' through the internet thereby bypassing the travel agent; banks allow you to manage your funds through the internet thereby reducing the need for staff. These are just a few obvious examples showing that people are being squeezed out of certain sectors of the economy. However, a squeeze in one sector generally implies a growth in another sector - Home-based businesses are hot!

- From a Personal Growth perspective, recognise that we are poised for our next great leap in human consciousness. More and more people are becoming aware that to win at this game of life, they need to learn the 'rules' - the fundamental principles of success. People are desperately looking for answers to life's challenges; hence the growth in the Life Coaching and Personal Development industries! [Sadly, many of these programs are not delivering the expected benefits because many of the 'coaches' have not personally implemented and benefited from the success principles they teach. Doing precedes knowing.]
Now, let's be honest.
Wouldn't it be great to catch the growing wave of consumer demand in all three of these growth industries simultaneously and in the most advantageous manner with a single business concept?
If you answered 'Yes', then you need to take a look at our offer because it does not get better than this, at least not in the home-based business industry!
